How to contact MSP

If you ever happen to have any technical issues, like if your screen is loading forever or if it logs you out or if it freezes up you can contact MSP. To do that follow the steps below.

1. Click on the contact button at the bottom of the screen to the right hand side
2. Then choose the category you problem or question is in (Technical support, Billing questions, Safety concerns, or other)
3.  Then put in your E-Mail
4. Re-enter your E-Mail
5. Ask you question or state the concern or problem
6. Hit send E-Mail 
7. Wait for them to E-Mail you back

Remember, is you send them an E-mail about technical issues they may go in your account and search becuz of the problem.

• Make a goal

Making a goal helps you be ready for whats coming next, and you know what your going for. Once you are just so close to that goal you do anything to get more, then you'll finally reach it. It takes some time but it works in you mind, not just playing. So technically it's a strategy.

• Not go on for a couple of days

I know it'll be hard for some addicted users but that's the plan! The more days you miss, the more times you get to spin the wheel. So in the end is it worth the wait?

                                      So basically it depends what kind of person you are. If you are impatient I recommend watching TONS of movies every day. If you can wait about 3 days without MSP then I say "Go  

and and wait and your end result will be more wheels to spin (Especially if your VIP) and more Starcoins!"

Reporting?

Don't be afraid to click that yellow exclamation point! That is a way to say "Hey! You did something that is disrespectful, mean or rude and that is not allowed. I don't like you doing this to me, or you are doing something inappropriate"  You can also easily report movies, Artbooks, forum posts, forum topics, clubs, YouTube video comments, YouTube videos and LOTS MORE! If you are scared to hit that buttong becuz you think it's a false report, then go with what you feel. If you feel threatened click that button and MSP Moderators will fix it.

Hacking: How to be protected

We all know that we could be hacked, that one day we'll log in and we have no money, clothes or friends. That happening has a one in a million chance. Unless you follow the tips below, you won't need to worry about being hacked!

• Don't ever give out your password

Giving out your password is not only the stupidest thing to do, unless you have a strong relationship with someone, because if you are online, you don't know who's at the other end! Giving out your password gives them access to your e-mail address, VIP or Starcoin Payments, Clothes, Starcoins, and they can take advantage of your friends.

• Don't accept give away accounts

Accepting an account from someone is not only dangerous, but risky. You are potentially risking your computers sake. You can get your whole computer's IP address banned from MSP. How? Well the account you are accepting may be controlled by a trickster. They can easily ban that account by making false reports then, they block your WHOLE computer from EVER going on MSP again.
